1 cup sifted flour
cup sugar
1 egg
cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour and sugar. Add some water slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Do not add all of the water. Add egg and mix well. Stir in vanilla and sesame seeds. Add more water to thin to a good consistency.

Cook in press heated on medium-high (approximately 5-6 minutes). After preheating, pour batter in press and flip immediately. Cook to light brown. Periodically thin batter with water.
