3 whole chicken breasts
2 (10 oz. packages frozen broccoli)
2 cans Cream of chicken soup
1/2 pint sour cream
1 Cup mayonnaise
1 Cup shredded sharp cheddar
1/2 teasp. lemon juice
1/2 teasp. curry powder
1 package white & wild rice

Directions:
Directions:

Cook & debone the chicken. Cook the rice. Cook the broccoli.

Mix the soup, sour cream, Mayo, cheese, lemon juice & seasoning.

Layer on bottom of 9 X 11 baking dish: rice, broccoli, chicken. Top with sauce and extra cheese.

BAKE at 350 degrees for 20 to 40 minutes.

Really good the day after!
