1 dozen eggs
Veggies any kind you want
Ham
olive oil
Muffin tin

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Chop veggies and ham into small pieces
Sautee in pan with garlic and olive oil till done. set aside to cool.

In large bowl, beat 12 eggs adding a splash of water to make them fluff.

Spray muffin tin with oil

Scoop veggies and ham into muffin tin. top with eggs.

Bake for 20 mins. Let stand 5 mins remove.

re warm 2 eggs in microwave for 45 sec.


can keep in frig 1 week
