1 ½ lb ground beef
1 C onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
15 oz tomato sauce
4 oz can mushrooms, drained
2 t sugar
1 ½ t oregano
1 t salt
1 t basil
8 oz spaghetti, broken, cooked and drained
2 C mozzarella cheese, shredded
⅓ C parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain
Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, sugar, salt, and basil.
Bring to a boil.
Cook gently uncovered for 20-25 minutes, stirring ocassionally
Remove from heat, and stir in drained spaghetti
Place half of the meat and spaghetti mixture in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Top with remaining meat/spaghetti sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Bake at 375º for 30 minutes
