1 rotisserie chicken/ cut up / boned & skinned 1 Cup cashews 1/2 green pepper 1/4 Cup green onions (chopped) 1 can sliced water chestnuts (drained) 4 Cups grted cheese ( 2 cups for the casserole and 2 for the topping) 3 cups crushed potato chips
Toss together the first 5 ingredients and 2 cups of grated cheese in a large bowl
