1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 cups taco chips
15 oz can refried beans or Ranch Beans
c. cheddar cheese - shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Brown meat, drain fat, add 1 c. tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Mix. Line bottom of 2 qt. casserole with corn chips. Crush remaining chips and set aside. Spoon meat over chips in baking dish. combine remining sauce with refried beans and spread over meat. Bake covered 25 minutes. Sprinkle cheese and crushed chips over top and bake 5 minutes longer.
