2 c. peanut butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
tsp. salt
stick melted butter
large pkg chocolate chips
lb. parrafin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, salt and butter then shape into little balls. refrigerate in covered container overnight. Melt one large package chocolate chips and 1/4 lb. parrafin in a double boiler. Put rounded toothpick in ball and dip and roll bottom in chocolate. either press hole to close or put a dab of chocolate on it.

Note: these freeze well for holidays.

These buckeyes are delicious and have always been a way to celebrate Dad's Ohio roots (Ohio State University Buckeyes.) Jackie was a college friend from George Williams and I've been making these for our Christmas cookie gift boxes since 1979.
