Ingredients:  
3 lbs. apples
½ C butter
1 C flour
1 ¼ C sugar, divided
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, core and slice apples
Toss apples with the ¼ C sugar and place in baking dish.
Mix flour and rest of sugar
Cut in butter till crumbly
Crumble over apples
Sprinkle cinnamon lightly over top
Bake at 400º for 45 minutes
