1 lb. ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
2 soup cans of water
1 Cup cooked rice
2 Cups chopped cabbage

Directions:
Directions:

In a skillet, brown the beef with onion, salt & pepper and then drain.

Stir in the soup, water and rice.

Place cabbage in 3 Qt. Casserole dish; pour the beef mixture over the cabbage. DO NOT MIX

cover & bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours
