1 - 1 lbs. Hamburger - drain after browning
cup diced onions
2 garlic cloves - minced
Salt & Pepper to taste
15 oz can of petite diced tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp Oregano
tsp Thyme
cup Red Wine
cup beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onions and garlic & drain. Add wine and let it reduce on medium to high heat. Add diced tomatoes and rest of ingredients. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook your pasta.
