Ingredients:  
3 Tbsp. butter
4 c. egg noodles (1/2 lb.)
1 lb. ground chuck
2 - 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1/2 lb. cottage cheese (1 c.)
8 oz. package softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1 T. minced green bell pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles in salted water per directions. Drain.
Brown beef in 1 Tbsp. butter and stir in tomato sauce.
Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. Add onions and green pepper.
In quart casserole, spread 1/2 noodles. Cover with cheese mixture, then rest of noodles.
Pour on 2 Tbsp. butter, then meat mixture.


Bake 30 minutes at 350
