2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup whipping cream


Cheese biscuits- add 2 cups of sharp cheddar

Keep ingredients as cold as possible
If using self rising flour skip the BP

Mix flour, BP, salt and cheese together
Then add 1 cup whip cream

Divide into 8 biscuits

Bake for 10 minutes

Note apply a little water to tops to improve rising
don't over mix
