2 onions, chopped
2 celery, chopped
3 carrots, sliced
1 1/2 c. baby limas
1 c. corn
1 lb. fingerling potatoes, sliced
3 qt. water
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. savory
1 bundle fresh dill weed, chopped
2-15 oz. cans white beans
1 c. peas
10 oz. fresh spinach
2 cloves garlic
Whole grain pasta cooked separately according to the package instructions.

Cook all except last two ingredients in a large pot until veggies are tender. Remove some broth, and add to the blender with fresh spinach and garlic. Blend until smooth. Add the spinach puree to the soup, and remove from heat. If pasta is used, add only to the amount of soup that will be consumed immediately.
