8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained
1/4 cup thousand island dressing
1 cup chopped corned beef
2 Tbsp stone-ground/coarse mustard
1 tsp caraway seeds
8 oz shredded swiss cheese, divided

pretzel thins or rye melba toasts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients (except for 1/2 of the swiss cheese) in medium bowl. Spread into oven-safe baking dish and top with reserved swiss cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with pretzel chips or rye melba toast.
