Ingredients:  
2 c. Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded) - Do Not Use Pre-shredded cheese; it will not mix.
2 c. Sharp Cheese (shredded)
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 - 3/4 c. Duke mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
1 small jar of pimentos with sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayo and worchestershire sauce.
Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature.
With electric mixer blend cream cheese until it has no lumps.
Blend in pimentos and juice into mayo and worchestershire sauce (by hand).
Fold in Monterey Jack and Sharp cheese.


Refrigerate overnight.

Pepper may be added for flavor.

You can add more mayo for a juicier spread.
