1 pound shrimp
1/2 pound bacon
1 egg well beaten
some flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:

In a gallon zip lock bag put the flour, salt & pepper, garlic powder and mix well ( you may add any other seasonings you like)

Beat the egg and coat the shrimp

Toss in the shrimp in the bag...make sure they are well coated

Heat oven to 400 ( or more)

roll up the bacon strips, bake for 20 minutes until crispy

Bake the shrimp for 20 to 30 min. until cooked and crispy

Toss together, adjust seasonings and serve with mayo as an apetizer
