4 oz. of dry spaghetti per person
1 lb. of shrimp
6 cloves of garlic
2 chilies- - chopped fine--hot or mild as you like
1 can clam sauce (or much better- fresh clams)

Salt, pepper, chopped parsley, parmesan & butter to taste

Directions:
Directions:

Marinate the shrimp in gin and clam sauce for about 30 minutes, then quick fry in hot olive oil with the chopped garlic and chilies.

Boil spaghetti in salted water til al dente ….drain, toss with butter and add the fried shrip, garlic and chilies.

If you have canned clam sauce...heat gently in the micro wave, and add to the final mix; if you have fresh clams, lightly fry them in olive oil and then add them to the spaghetti.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley, and if you must (!) add grated parmesan.
