2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 can water chestnuts (chopped)
9 green onions
1 clove garlic
1 c. sour cream
1 c. plain yogurt
2 tspn. fresh tarragon
1/2 tspn. salt
1/2 tspn. ground mustard
1/4 tspn. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop green onions and garlic. Combine all ingredients and serve in a scooped out round loaf of bread. Serve with celery or carrot sticks or crackers.
