2 lbs. of Spare Ribs
1 bag of Sorrel (cleaned)
teaspoon of Salt
teaspoon of Pepper
3 eggs (beaten)
-1 pint of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in pot of water and boil until soft. When ribs are soft, chop and throw sorrel in water with ribs and cook for 15 mins.
Add salt and pepper to taste. In a separate bowl beat eggs and mix sour cream.

Pour a little bit of the water from pot into egg/sour cream mixture and stir. Slowly pour/stir a little bit of mixture at a time into pot with cooked ribs and sorrel so that sour cream does not curdle. Enjoy with bread and butter!
