Ripe tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and stem ripe tomatoes. Put in large pan and pour boiling water over them, and skin them. Have quart jars ready with 1 teaspoon of salt in each. Skin tomatoes and quarter them and pack into jars. Put on lids but not real tight. Put into cold packer and fill with cold water up to the lids and cover. Let water come to the boiling point and boil 5 - 10 minutes. Take jars out and seal tight as you take them from the packer.
