2 bunches fresh asparagus
1 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup raspberry vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vinegar and mayonnaise and refrigerate. (Will keep several days.) Cook, steam asparagus untill crisp tender. Immediately place in ice water to set color and cool. Drain. Wrap in plastic and towels. Store in ziplock. Arrange on platter with bowl of dip. May be prepared several days in advance.
