16 oz salami
½ c apricot jam
¼ c spicy brown mustard
3 T brandy (optional)
2 T ketchup
1 T brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Make slices in the salami ¾ of the way down
Combine ingredients together and bring to a boil
Generously brush sauce over salami, making sure to get in between the slices
Bake on 400º for 45 min, basting every 10-15 min

Put a skewer through the bottom of the Salami so you don't cut all the way down.
