Fillo Dough
Pam Spray
Sugar
Box of Bakers Choice Vanilla Custard
8 oz. container dessert whip
1 tbsp. sweet wine (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream:
Whip the desert whip until firm.
Fold in custard and wine.
Keep refrigerated.

Napoleon Dough:
Preheat oven to 400º
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Carefully lay 1 piece of the fillo dough flat on the cookie sheet.
Spray with Pam Spray.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Repeat for 3-4 layers.
Cut dough into desired shape (Ex: triangle, square)
Bake in over for very short time until JUST lightly golden.
*Keep an eye on it because it it can very quickly burn.
Once cooled, carefully bend at the cut lines to break the pieces apart.
Store at room temperature.

Serve 2 pieces with a scoop of cream in the middle, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
