Preheat oven 350º Grease a casserole dish

1-10 oz frozen chopped spinach
2-13 3/4 oz can artichoke hearts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
Taco chips, crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the spinach in microwave on high for 5 min and squeeze dry. Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsely chop in a food processor.
Combine all ingredients except pepper jack in a large bowl. Stir well. Scrape into prepared casserole dish and sprinkle
the pepper jack on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with taco chips, crackers
