Preheat oven to 375º can line cookie sheet with parliament paper

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

There is no flour in this recipe
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet. Use fork to crisscross cookies. Bake 8 min.
Leave on cookie sheet 1-2 min. Cool on rack.

This can easily be doubled.
