2 Sweet potatoes
tsp garlic salt
tsp italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter (melted)
4 tbsp parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into approx. 1 inch cubes. set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients into a large ziplock bag. Hint: make sure butter is not hot or it will melt the cheese. Toss potatoes into bag and coat thoroughly. Place on a foil lines, greased cookie sheet and
bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked completely.
