Garden veggies such as broccoli or cauliflower
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick
1 cup cheddar cheese
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Saute slightly the veggies with pepper and 1/2 cup onion. Add milk and Bisquick to blender. Add cheese and eggs. Bake at 400 (350 for convection) for 35-40 minutes.
