1 lb. cranberries
2 c. water
2 c. sugar
c. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated orange peel
2 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cranberries in 2 c. water until skins are broken, about 10 min.
Rub cranberries through a sieve to make smooth pulp.
Stir in sugar, lemon juice and orange peel.
Stir in 2 c. cold water.
Pour into square baking dish (8x8 in.).
Freeze, (stirring several times to keep mixture smooth) until firm.
Let stand at room temperature for about 10 min. before serving.
