2 c Sugar
¾ c Shortening
3 Eggs added one at a time
3 c Flour
3 t Baking Powder
¼ t Salt
1 c Mashed Bananas
1 c Buttermilk
1 t Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, shortening and eggs added one at a time
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt
Combine bananas,buttermilk and vanilla
Add buttermilk and banana mixture alternately with dry ingredients

Bake at 350º
