4 cups flour
2 tbsp Fleischmann's Instant Rise Quick Yeast
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp salt
3 cups warm water
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and 4 cups flour in a bowl. In Bosch, mix eggs, sugar, oil, salt, and water together. Put kneading attachment on and stir in flour/yeast mixture. Blend well. Knead remaining 4 cups flour in to make soft but not sticky dough. Let rise in Bosch for 15 minutes. Punch down in Bosch with kneading attachment, and let rise another 15 minutes. Punch down with kneading attachment, and rom into buns. Place on greased pans and let rise 1 hour. Bake at 350º for 15 - 18 minutes. Makes 3 dozen buns.

Granny bakes them in a "regular oven" on the middle or lower rack for 18 minutes - 1 pan at a time.
