Apples
Cinnamon
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 tsp. salt
1 egg
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease pie plate with butter and slice apples into it and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Mix in bowl flour,sugar,baking powder,and salt Mix together with fork and add 1 egg.
Pour mixture over sliced apples.
Put some butter on top.
Put lid on and bake 350º for 20 minutes. Remove lid and bake 20 minutes more.
To double this recipe for 13x9 pan, bake 30 minutes with lid on then 30 minutes more without.
