1 pound bacon
3 TBSP flour
2 TSP salt
4 TBSP sugar
1 TSP dry mustard
1 to 2 cups vinegar
1 cup water
1 cup diced onion
4 hard-cooked eggs, diced
12 large potatoes 5 pounds), cooked, skinned, and diced

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon and drain.
Heat the bacon fat in a frying pan. Add dry ingredients.
Stir in water and vinegar. Bring to a boil.
Add mixture to potatoes, onions, eggs, and bacon.

More vinegar can be added, depending on its strength.
