2 very ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups almond milk or vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter
3 tbs chia seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Step 1: In a blender, add the banana, almond milk and peanut butter. Blend in medium level until softened.
Step 2: Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl and stir in the chia seeds. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
Step 3: Stir the mixture before serving.
