10 tbsp. of Dhania Jeera*
1 tbsp. of Haldi
6 tbsp. of Paprika
1 tbsp. of Garlic Powder
3 tbsp. of Chili Powder
Tilapia**
Salt to Taste
Lemon Juice***
Cup of Crushed Tomatoes****
Potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Dhania Jeera, Haldi, Paprika, Garlic Powder, and Chili Powder.*****
Coat fish in salt and lemon juice.
Slice potatoes.
In a flat dish, mix 2 tbsp. of the spice mixture, salt, and water.
Take the tilapia and cut it in half with scissors. Cut out the middle red/pink portion.******
Coat the tilapia in the mixture.
Cook the fish in oil.
Fry the potato strips.
Towards the end, add crushed tomatoes.
Mix the potato strips with the fish and serve.*******

**Salmon smells and some sort of milk comes out of it. Nanima used to use catfish, but they say not to use catfish.
***Lemon juice keeps the fish together. You can substitute this for vinegar. You can also use 1 tsp. of vinegar in rice to keep it from sticking together.
****Nanima goes through 2 cans of crushed tomatoes a week.
*****You can save this mixture for future use as you won't use all of it. It can go on fries, fish, or vegetables.
******Nanima doesn't like how this portion turns black and she feeds it to the cats.
*******Try to eat fish on the same day.
