Add in Parmesan Cheese and mix until the cheese melts.
Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste (you don’t need to use all of this, do to your liking).

Mike’s note 11.25.2018:
I had been chatting with Ben Shaver (an awesome E.M.T./C.N.A. that used to work with Deb) about cooking and he mentioned the way he makes Alfredo sauce, but he could not remember quantities of the ingredients. I did a little digging and found this copycat of Olive garden Alfredo sauce that looks exactly like what he described. I made this as written and it was a hit with Patrick, Kelsey, and kids. I used no salt / pepper. I used the good ground parmesan, not the stuff in green can but it might work good as well. My general approach to this was to use the heavy whipping cream, regular butter and all the ‘good’ stuff that is supposedly bad for you. It was restaurant quality in my opinion. Thanks Ben.
