1 red onion
1 red pepper
handful of sugar snaps
1 can of baby corn
1 can of mushrooms

Dressing
5 Tbsp oil
5 Tbsp sugar
5 Tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the red onions. Cut the peppers into strips. Add the other vegetables. Pour dressing over the salad.

This does not have to marinate for too long. A few hours is more than enough, but the longer it marinates the better it gets.
