2 Cups Sour Cream
1 Pkg Cream Cheese
2 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
½ Cup Finely Crushed Cracker Crumbs
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Finely Chopped Parsley

Mix all ingredients together except walnuts in bowl
Form into ball roll in chopped walnuts
