1 cup flour
tsp salt
tsp grated orange rind
cup butter
⅓ cup powdered sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp orange juice
cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour, salt and orange rind, set aside. Cream the butter and sugar then add the egg and beat well. Add half the dry ingredients then add the orange juice and remaining dry ingredients. Blend in the chopped pecans. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes or until set. Roll warm cookies in additional powdered sugar; cool completely on wire racks. While hot, roll in powdered sugar.
