Carrot Muffins Recipe

4 carrots

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup oil
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla sugar

Using a food processor blend the carrots into small pieces using the s blade. Remove from the food processor.
Mix in the food processor eggs, sugar and oil.
Add in the blended carrots.
Add in the remaining ingredients. Mix until combined.
Fill cupcake holders halfway.
Bake at 350 for appx 30 minutes until they look done.
