1 lb butter
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
4 lbs powdered sugar
1 cup dry Cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
˝cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Melt butter and cheese together. Add sugar, cocoa, and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in nuts. Put in buttered 13 x 9 pan. Cool.
