2 lbs. cutlets
1 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder
corn flake crumbs
skewers

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up cutlets. Combine all ingredients to make sauce (besides corn flake crumbs). Dip cutlets into sauce. Then coat with corn flake crumbs. Place on skewers.
Lay skewers across the top of a 9x13 pan. Spray with Pam.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
