2 cups unsifted flour
1 tsp salt
⅔ cup lard or shortening
cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt. Add lard (or shortening) and blend with a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Add water all at once and blend. Form into two balls, roll out each ball for the crust.
