Lettuce
Tomato, diced
Cucumber, diced
Purple onion, sliced
Black olives, sliced
Feta cheese

Dressing:
C. extra virgin light olive oil
tsp salt
few shakes of lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
* Combine salad ingredients in a bowl.
* Grate or crumble feta cheese on top of salad ingredients generously
* Combine dressing ingredients in a cup/container, and mix well.
* Pour dressing over salad.
