1 pkg. oven ready lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
16 oz. ricotta cheese
8-12 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz. grated parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning

**You can sub any cheese you prefer.

Directions:
Preheat oven according to lasagna noodle package. Cook ground meat adding Italian seasoning. In casserole dish pour just enough sauce to cover the bottom of the pan. Place a layer of noodles in the pan and begin layering sauce, meat, cheeses, noodles and repeat. Finish with layer of noodles, sauce and cheese. Bake until top is bubbly and cheese is melted.
