3 c cooked wild rice
c butter
1 small diced onion
c flour
1 c chicken broth
1 c chopped celery
1 c half and half
3 c cooked, cubed chicken
tsp salt
tsp pepper
2 Tbsp dried parsley
1 c sliced almonds.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter. Stir in flour, add liquids. Stir until thick-do not boil, add chicken and seasonings.Top with sliced almonds. Bake in greased 9x13 dish, 350F for 30 min.
