1½ dozen of eggs
3 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of spicy brown mustard
½ tablespoon of salt
½ tablespoon of pepper
½ tablespoon of Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in pot of water with a dash of salt. Bring water to boil (Around 40 mins)

When eggs are boiled, strain water from pot and splash eggs under cold water to cool
Peel eggs and cut in half long ways (If you cut short they will reflect polish practice!)

Take yolk out of egg and place in bowl. Place egg whites in fridge to cool.
Mash up yolks with a fork until brokwn down. Add salt, pepper, and mayonaise. Mix together until yolks are creamy. Add in spicy brown mustard. Add additional salt and pepper if needed.

Take egg whites out of fridge and fill each egg with yolk mixture. Sprinkle a dash of paprika on each egg for decoration. Place on tray and serve!

For additional color for holidays, dye egg whites with food coloring and vinegar.
