5 pounds Russet Potatoes
1 small onion, diced
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the diced potatoes in a slow cooker on low along with the onion, chicken broth and minced garlic. Cook for about 6 hours, the potatoes will absorb some of the chicken broth.

Add the sour cream, cream cheese and butter into the slow cooker with the potatoes. Using an electric mixer, whip the potatoes until they are smooth.
