Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie Recipe

Cook this on low for 4 hours
2 c peeled and diced potatoes (about 3-4)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3-4 chicken breasts
tsp onion powder
Dash of Nutmeg
2 tsp lemon juice
After 4 hours, add
1 c sliced celery
2 c shredded or sliced carrots
cook for additional 2-3 hours on low setting

When mixture has cooked for a total of 7-8 hours, shred chicken and thin with about -1 c of milk. Add a bag of frozen peas before serving. Top with refrigerated or homemade biscuits

OR pour into a greased 9x13 pan and top with a crust made from 2 c of Bisquick and 8 T cold water. Bake for 15 min at 450F
