1 cup cashews
3/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup oat flour (I used whole wheat)
1/4 cup tapioca flour ( I used 2 Tlb whole wheat and 2 Tlb corn starch)
1 Tlb paprika
1 Tlb brown sugar
2 tsp powdered mustard
2 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp cumin

Directions:
Directions:

Put all ingredients in blender and grind till a powder. Store in airtight container When ready to use mix 1/2 cup of mix with 1 cup of almond (or soya) milk. Heat over low heat till thickened then pour over cooked hot pasta and stir.
