Oven: 400º
1 lb pan (ground) sausage uncooked
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 ¼ c Bisquick©
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Oven: 400º. Mix all ingredients until well combined. Roll into balls. Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes or until brown.

Use your choice of mild or hot sausage to your preference. I use my Kitchen Aid mixer with dough hook attachment. These sausage balls can be frozen uncooked. If baking from frozen,add a few minutes to baking time.
